Pace out 4-6 weeks
New York Jets linebacker Calvin Pace will miss the next four-to-six weeks because of a broken right foot.
The Jets won’t give a timetable for his return, but he has been ruled out for the season opener against the Ravens.
Pace served a four-game suspension last year, and the Jets managed to go 3-1 during his absence.
Head coach Rex Ryan has since reached out to linebacker Adalius Thomas in hopes of bringing him on board.
Ryan knows Thomas from his days with the Baltimore Ravens and showed interest in him earlier in the offseason.
